Bibim Guksu(means mixed noodles as “Bibim” means “Mixed” and “Guksu” means “Noodles”) is a very popular traditional noodle dish from Korean cuisine. It may also be called “Guksu Bibim” or “Goldong Myeon“.
A cold served dish, Bibim Guksu is more popular during the summer times. It is made using Sōmen(white Japanese noodles made of wheat flour). Some of the ingredients that give this dish it’s unique -and spicy- flavor are hot pepper, garlic, sesame oil and vinegar.
If you don’t have any problems with spicy food, you will probably like this one.
