Chapssaltteok(Sweet Korean Rice Cake)

Chapssaltteok is a dessert that is generally made using rice and red bean paste. You may also hear people calling this one Mochi, which means rice cake in Japanese.

It is a chewy dessert that you can prepare at home for your children. It is also a nice choice if you are thinking about what to serve to the guests coming to your place. Or keep it to yourself, why not! If you are searching for something sweet that will go well with your hot beverage and you haven’t tasted this one yet, I suggest you give it a try.
