Jangjorim(Braised Beef with Soy)


Do you like beef? Do you like soy sauce? Do you like Korean food? If you have somehow landed on this site and haven’t left yet, I will assume that the answer to all those question is “Yes“.  Then Food for Korea presents you a great side dish: Jangjorim.

One of the most popular lunch-box items in Korea(Korean launch box is called Dosirak by the way) , it can actually be enjoyed at any time of the day and can be kept at fridge for a fair amount of time -up to a week if you freeze it- so it can be used as an emergency dish also.
