A side dish that will seem familiar at the first glance, Oijangajji is essentially salty cucumber pickles but as many other food from Korea, it has certain twists that make it special.
Imagine a dish that includes garlic, honey, cucumbers and apple. Yes it takes a lot of imagination to do that. But if the idea of combining those ingredients makes you at least a little bit curious, then you should give this spicy vegetarian side dish a try.
