Gaji-Namul is a very simple and delicious side dish that you can have any day as an appetizer, salad or with rice or other dishes on your table.
If you like eggplants, you will probably love Gaji-Namul as the steamed, soft eggplants are the main player here. Assisting ingredients are vegetables and -of course- sauce. You may use fish or soy sauce with this. Use soy sauce, and there you go! You have yourself a refreshing vegetarian side dish!
