Sundubu(or Soondubu) Jjigae is an interesting and colorful dish that combines many different ingredients which could easily be enjoyed as seperate meals by themselves, into one big, tasty and dense stew.
Let’s see…It may have tofu, it may have vegetables, it may have eggs, it may have beef, it may have seafood and yes, it may very well have them all at the same time! As you will also see from the recipes I will provide, there are many ingredients that can be added/removed in order to have the stew you desire. You can even have yourself a vegetarian stew.
This dish is generally eaten with rice and several side dishes, but really, it includes so much that I don’t think you need a lot of other things in side.
